123 John // Sunday Series

123 John is a three week series looking at the three letters written by John.  During this series, we hope to explore the sharing of joy.  We all have an understanding of joy but joy is designed to be shared.  The gospel message in us creates joy.  It is important to remember the gospel message and its saving power and experience joy again.  And this joy is what is to be shared.

So starting 11 June, each Sunday we will explore a letter of John.  Take time to read John and come with an expectant heart to hear from the Lord and be reminded of His joy, and our role in sharing joy!

Sunday Series // Faithful Worship

Faithful Worship is all about exploring, remembering and discovering what it means to faithfully worship.  When we come to worship, we each have preferences.  We bring different understandings of the purpose of worship, and our experience on a Sunday in the presence of the Lord is shared, but also unique.

From 21 May, we will look at the issues of preference in our Faithful Worship and consider how our own experiences and desires shape our worship.

On 28 May, we explore the purpose of worship as we work to have a shared understanding that works in our culture and age.

And on 4 June, we finish on Pentecost Sunday with presence in worship....and a Water Baptism service - and fellowship lunch together afterwards.

Join us as we explore Faithful Worship together.

Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in the Spirit and in truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth.  John 4:23-24

Love One Another

Love One Another Sunday Series focuses on John 13:34-35

“A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”

Sunday 23 April will examine the bible views love and sacrifice working together.  And Sunday 30 will look at how loving one another proves we are disciples of Jesus.

So come along and be blessed as we discover afresh and align ourselves with that the Bible says about Loving One Another.
